Unique double sided carbon tape which is 260µm in thickness. The base material is Polycarbonate and 200µm thick. Both sides have 30µm of conductive glue. The tape has one transparent liner on one side and a white thicker liner on the reverse which protects the tape during handling.
Best tape available for the preparation of ATUMtome wafers.
